Payment and Refund Rules

These Payment and Refund Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) govern the relationship between the Service Provider and the Customer regarding payment for services under the Agreement and the refund of the paid service cost in case of early termination of the Agreement.

1. Payment for services

1.1. The final cost of Services is determined based on the product/service selected by the Customer. Payment for Services is made cashless by one of the methods specified on the Website, at the Customer's choice, by transferring funds to the Service Provider's account.

1.2. When paying on the Website or via the Personal Account, VISA, MasterCard, ELKART cards, as well as electronic wallets, are accepted.

1.3. Payments are made in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard (hereinafter – payment systems) based on confidentiality and security principles, using modern verification, encryption, and data transmission methods via secure channels. For questions regarding payment rules and procedures, the Customer should follow the relevant payment system rules and contact the payment system operators directly. The Service Provider reserves the right to provide informational support regarding payment through payment systems within its competence, but nothing in this document obligates it to provide such support, guarantee the completeness of information, or bear any consequences of the Customer's choice of payment method or payment system.

2. Procedure for payments with bank cards

2.1. To pay for Services with a Visa or MasterCard, select 'Pay by bank card' and click 'Pay' to complete the payment.

2.2. Payment is made after redirecting to the secure payment page of the payment system operator and/or bank for entering card details. The connection and data transfer are secured using 3D Secure technology.

2.3. On the card details page, the Customer must enter: card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). The security code is on the back of the card. If the Customer's bank supports secure online payment technology (MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa), a special password may be required.

2.4. The Customer's card details are not stored on the Service Provider's server or Website. The Service Provider has no access to them.

2.5. Confidentiality of the information, including personal and payment data, is ensured by the payment system operator and/or the Customer's bank.

2.6. The information entered by the Customer, including card details, is not shared with third parties, except as required by Kyrgyz Republic law.

3. Reasons for payment refusal

3.1. Payment may be declined by the bank in the following cases:

  • The card is not enabled for online payments; the Customer can check with their bank.
  • Insufficient funds on the card; the Customer can check with their bank.
  • Incorrect card details entered;
  • The card has expired; the expiration date is on the front of the card (month and year). The Customer can check with their bank.

3.2. The Service Provider does not control the payment system or bank hardware/software. If funds are debited but the payment is not authorized, refunds are handled by the payment system operator and/or bank.

4. Refund procedure

4.1. Refunds may occur in the following cases:

  • Service/product was not provided due to the Provider's fault within the set time;
  • Customer requested contract termination before service provision;
  • Cases specified in clause 4.14 of this document.

4.2. Full or partial refunds are made by the Provider upon written request sent by email to unicornsoftllc@gmail.com, followed by the original sent to: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Igemberdieva St. 1a, 8th floor, office 803.

4.3. The Provider may require the Customer to complete the approved refund request form.

4.4. If the Customer cancels before service/product delivery, except for credit payments, 100% of the amount is refunded.

4.5. For credit payments, refunds go to the bank minus commissions. The Provider is not responsible for interest paid to the bank.

4.6. If the Customer cancels within 30 days, 50% is refunded. For credit payments, refund goes to the bank minus commissions. Interest is not reimbursed.

4.7. For services paid by credit, the refund amount and Provider expenses are calculated from funds received from the bank.

4.8. Cancellations after 30 days are non-refundable.

4.9. Refunds are made to the original account within 30 days (bank-dependent).

4.10. If payment details change, the Customer must indicate new bank details in the refund request.

4.11. If bank details are not provided, the Provider is not responsible for incorrect or delayed refunds.

4.12. In case of force majeure affecting service delivery, the Provider may reschedule services or offer alternatives. If the Customer disagrees, 100% of the amount is refunded.

4.13. All refunds follow payment system rules and may take up to 30 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

4.14. In case of fraud or provision of false information by the Customer, the Provider may refuse a refund.

5. Payment via FreedomPay

5.1. By using FreedomPay, the Customer agrees to its rules and consents to payment data processing by FreedomPay.

5.2. The Provider is not responsible for FreedomPay failures, errors, or delays.

5.3. For payment issues via FreedomPay, contact FreedomPay support first, then the Provider if needed.

5.4. All claims related to FreedomPay payments must be submitted within 3 business days of the payment.

6. Final provisions

6.1. These Rules are an integral part of the Offer Agreement on the Provider's Website.

6.2. The Provider may unilaterally update these Rules on the Website.

6.3. Continuing to use the Website after updates means the Customer agrees to the new terms.

6.4. All other matters not covered by these Rules are governed by the Agreement and Kyrgyz Republic law.
